My favorite 5 organizing products I love and swear by as a Tampa professional organizer

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. This month I thought it would be fun to do a blog about organizing supplies that I love. After organizing hundreds of homes across Tampa Bay, there are a handful of products I reach for again and again in REAL CLIENT homes. These aren’t trendy impulse buys — they’re practical, functional pieces that make systems actually work long term. These are my top 5.
1. Lazy Susans with Handles - One word: gamechanger.

I love these because you can pull the entire unit out, grab what you need, and place it right back — no knocking over bottles or digging behind items. The handles make all the difference. Plus, imagine those dark corners that always have lost and forgotten items, problem solved.
I use them for:

Medications
Perfumes
Spices
Standing kitchen bottles
Cleaning supplies or under the sink products
Oils and vinegars
Hair products
They come in various sizes to fit different cabinet depths and shelves. If you only buy one organizing product this year, make it this one. These do not have dividers so I don't use them for office or art supplies.
** DON'T FORGET TO MEASURE YOUR SPACE FIRST!! Most kitchen upper cabinets are 10 inches.
2. Wooden Baby Clothes Dividers - so helpful for new moms!

If you’ve ever opened a baby closet and thought, “Wait… what size is this?” — these are for you.
These dividers separate clothing by size so you instantly know what fits now and what’s coming next. They’re especially helpful for growing families and baby showers. Best of all, this brand White Loft is a woman owned small business. The wood look helps elevate the look of a nursery closet and creates a clean, intentional system. I absolutely love them and have purchased them many times.

I love how these dividers turned out in my client's nursery and I've ordered them for both of my pregnant sister in laws this year.
3. Small Divided Storage Bins - Simple product. Huge impact.

Perfect for snacks, seasoning packets, drink mixes, or any product that comes in small pieces.
Instead of a messy drawer of loose items, everything stays separated and easy to grab. My favorite part about these small bins is the removable dividers.

I use these in:
Pantry shelves
Junk drawers
Craft rooms
Office supply drawers
Simple product. Huge impact.
4. Adjustable Under-Sink Organizers - Works in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.

Under-sink cabinets are one of the most frustrating spaces in a home.
This style works because:

Both drawers pull out - top and bottom.
The height is adjustable
It works around "almost" any plumbing
No wasted space at the back of your cupboards when you order the small plastic sets.
I love that it comes in various sizes to fit multiple cabinet sizes - SO MEASURE FRONT TO BACK (DEPTH) B4 YOU ORDER!!
No more stacking bins or crawling on the floor to find something in the back.
Those big bottles sit nicely on the bottom.
For an added organizing tip: you can use some of the clear or plastic containers within these drawers to create structure, division and better organizing categories. The divided bins I suggested as # 3 fit in the bottoms of these.
5. Adjustable Pull-Out Drawer (Half Extension) - MY FAVORITE!!

This one is such a game changer for hard-to-reach items in kitchen cabinets.
It fits inside most existing shelves and includes risers and adjustable dividers so you can stand products upright. It’s half-extension, but extremely functional.

They are also simple to install. I use the peel and stick method and it takes me 10-15 mins to do it myself. No tools or husbands needed!
It also comes in different finishes to match multiple spaces and they are strong enough to hold a kitchen Aid mixer - Trust me, I've tried it. Not once but over 5 times now.
Pro Tip: Measure carefully from front to back of your cabinet or closet before ordering. Depth matters here. It's not going to work on half cabinet shelves, only full ones or bottom ones.
Final Thoughts:
These are my favorite organizing products I consistently trust because they create systems that are functional, sustainable, and easy to maintain. As a Tampa professional organizer, I highly recommend these products for my clients and use them in my own home.
If you’d rather not measure, shop, and install yourself, that’s where I come in.
I serve Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, St. Pete, and surrounding Hillsborough County FL areas.
Let’s build systems that actually work for your real life.
